Dear e-Patients,

In this season, I’m excited to bring you the CFRI’s Courage Dolls.

In the words of Joan Chittister: “Courage is the capacity to stand our ground, to speak the truth, even in the face of overwhelming odds. . .  Courage is not nearly so rare a quality as we sometimes like to think.”

The truth is that courage is what carries the members of CF.com through an average day. It is the attitudes of support and hope that are our gifts through the forums, blogs and chat.

Please take the time this season to enjoy the gift of the Courage Doll Video.  I think this story will inspire you.  These women are angels!

Second Life

For our Second Life audience on Boomer Island’s CF University, we will have instructional classes on getting started in Second Life!

New Citizens Incorporated (NCI) of Second Life now offers classes on CF University campus. These classes will help you master basic techniques in Second Life. Classes begin at 12pm EST and 9pm EST every day and last 1 hour. They are open to the public and completely free of charge. For more information on class schedules, visit http://www.nci-sl.org. Click on "Schedule PDF" under the "Education" tab on the home page.
