Alisha's Late night smoothie
1/2 cup frozen blackberry's
3/4 cup frozen strawberry's
1/2 cup frozen blueberry's
4 scoops of rasberry sherbert
16 oz if cranberry juice
However much protien powder if you use that
Put all in a blender and mix together, if it seems on the liqid side then add some more fruit and sherbert
